Penn Procurement Services hosts events throughout the year in support of Philadelphia’s diverse business community.
If you’re a newly onboarded diverse supplier, there's a new option available to help acquaint your company with the University’s procurement environment. Penn Procurement Services is conducting virtual open houses each month. These virtual sessions will offer the opportunity to learn more about the ins and outs of working with Penn’s systems and its Strategic Sourcing team, while offering insights on doing business within Penn’s large, decentralized environment.
This year’s Penn Supplier Diversity Forum & Expo will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. The event begins with Poster Sessions at 10:30 a.m. The Forum will follow from 11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. and the Expo will run from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m.
In an effort to promote Penn’s contracted caterers and its Catering@Penn platform, Penn Procurement Services, in collaboration with the University’s Association of Business Administrators (ABA), hosted a “Catering@Penn” tasting event on October 12 at the Annenberg Center for Performing Arts.
The University's annual Supplier Diversity Forum & Expo was held on Thursday, June 16, 2022. Attendees from across campus, around Philadelphia, and beyond the City limits, were at the event, either in person or virtually.
